UniHive transforms a long-neglected site into a vibrant, inclusive place to live and grow, combining 112 student rooms with 11 assisted-living apartments for people with disabilities. Where others saw complexity and failure, we saw potential and purpose—unlocking the value of a forgotten urban space. The mix of residents brings life to the site all year round, creating natural connection, safety and vibrancy 24/7. By merging two seemingly different needs, UniHive offers more than housing—it offers a lasting, integrated solution for the city.
