Unihive is the prime example of what we like to do with BYGG. Creating sustainable projects to the core. This inclusive project will accommodate students as well as a disabled living group. Together they will keep the site alive 24/7. Here, we consciously opt for a central energy system with energy-efficient techniques, as well as for wear-resistant and sustainable materials with a maximum lifespan.
BYGG gained the trust of the landowner who had been trying for several years to breathe new life into the neglected buildings. With an innovative vision and our own approach, we succeeded in setting up a unique project together with the city authorities and the University of Mons.
